Note: Resolvo supports private parking charges and council Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for parking. We may show advertising in places on the site; that does not change that core tools and the appeal experience are not sold as a subscription.
How do I access Resolvo?
To access Resolvo, simply click the "Appeal" button on our website. You'll be directed to ChatGPT, where you'll need to log in or create an account if you don't already have one. OpenAI accounts are free to create and only require an email address. Once logged in, you can start your parking ticket appeal right away by describing your situation. Resolvo will guide you through the process with simple questions to gather all the necessary information for your appeal.
